شاهد محاولة قاتل الطفلة «مكة» القفز من أعلى محكمة الجيزة

 أقدم  سائق متهم بقتل الطفلة مكة في الطالبية بمساعدة زوجته، لسرقة قرطها الذهبي، على الإنتحار من أعلى محكمة الجيزة، أثناء التحقيق معه، وتداول رواد التواصل الاجتماعي لفيديو يوثق لحظة محاولة انتحاره.

تمكن الحضور من أعضاء النيابة العامة وأمن المحكمة، من إقناع المتهم  بالتراجع عن الانتحار بعدما حاول القفز من داخل غرفة التحقيق  معه بعد ضبطه.

تعود تفاصيل الواقعة، بتلقي العقيد محمد الجوهري وكيل فرقة قسمي شرطة الطالبية والعمرانية بمديرية أمن الجيزة، إخطارا من المقدم محمد نجيب رئيس مباحث قسم شرطة الطالبية يفيد بتلقيه إشارة من غرفة عمليات النجدة مفادها العثور على جثة طفلة ملقاة أعلى سطح عقار بدائرة القسم، وعلى الفور انتقلت الأجهزة الأمنية إلى محل البلاغ، وبالفحص تبين العثور على جثة طفلة 3 سنوات مقتولة خنقاً وملقاة بالمكان المشار إليه.

بإبلاغ اللواء مدحت فارس مدير الإدارة العامة لمباحث الجيزة، والذي كلف بسرعة تشكيل فريق بحث موسع لسرعة كشف ملابسات وتفاصيل الواقعة برئاسة العقيد عمرو حجازي مفتش قطاع الطالبية والعمرانية شارك في فريق البحث النقباء مهند صفوت وأحمد جمعة ومحمد حبيب معاوني مباحث قسم شرطة الطالبية وعدد من ضباط مباحث قسم شرطة العمرانية، ونجحت جهود فريق البحث عن التوصل إلى أن وراء ارتكاب الجريمة رجل وزوجته قاما باستدراج الطفلة لسرقة قرطها الذهبي وعقب ذلك قاما بقتلها خنقاً بالمخدة وإلقاء جثتها أعلى سطح العقار محل العثور عليها.

عقب تقنين الإجراءات واستصدار إذن مسبق من النيابة العامة، تم استهداف المتهمين بمأمورية أمنية أعدت لهما أسفرت عن ضبطهما إلى ديوان القسم، وبمواجهتهما اعترفا بارتكاب الواقعة على النحو المشار إليه سالف الذكر، وأنهما قاما باستدراج الطفلة لداخل شقتهما لسرقة قرطها الذهبي وعقب ذلك قرر التخلص منها وقتلها وقاما بوضع المخدة على فهما حتى لفظت أنفاسها الأخيرة، وقاما بحملها وإلقائها أعلى سطح العقار محل العثور على الجثة لإبعاد الشبهة الجنائية عن أنفسهما.

تم تحرير محضر بالواقعة وأخطر اللواء علاء فاروق مساعد وزير الداخلية مدير أمن الجيزة، والذي أحال الواقعة إلى النيابة العامة لمباشرة التحقيقات.

By informing Major General Medhat Fares, Director of the General Administration of Giza Investigation, who was quickly assigned to form an expanded research team to quickly uncover the circumstances and details of the incident headed by Colonel Amr Hegazy, inspector of the Talbiya and Urban Sector. Omrania Police Department, and the efforts of the search team succeeded in finding that behind the crime, a man and his wife lured the girl to steal her golden earring, after which they suffocated her with a pillow and threw her body on the roof of the property where she was found.

After legalizing the procedures and obtaining a prior permission from the Public Prosecution, the accused were targeted by a security mission prepared for them, which resulted in their arrest to the office of the department. When confronted with them, they confessed to committing the incident as referred to above, and that they lured the girl into their apartment to steal her golden earring, after which he decided to get rid of her and kill her. They put the pillow on their feet until she breathed her last, and they carried it and threw it on the roof of the property where the body was found to remove the criminal suspicion from themselves.

A report was drawn up on the incident, and Major General Alaa Farouk, Assistant Minister of Interior and Director of Giza Security, was notified, who referred the incident to the Public Prosecution to conduct investigations.
